If you place an order via our webshop, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. After that, we perform a standard authorization check to ensure there are sufficient funds on the debit card.

We may conduct some checks before shipping your order, including verifying your specified address and payment information. We will further investigate all orders where fraud is suspected.

It may be possible to cancel or adjust an order if we have not yet packed it. Please contact us as soon as possible by email so that we can check if this is possible. However, we cannot guarantee this.

All orders are subject to recent stock and product prices. If there is an issue with an order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Occasionally, we may have to refuse or cancel an order, even if it has already been confirmed, due to potential issues. If this happens, and you believe it is a mistake, please contact us via email. We are happy to discuss and find a solution together.

The product prices on our website are shown including 21% Dutch VAT. Our core product prices are displayed in Euros, but depending on the country you’re in, prices may be displayed in your local currency. You will pay for your order in the currency shown on the checkout page.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. If you need your order faster, you can select DHL Express for an additional fee. The shipping rates for DHL Express are listed on our Delivery and Returns page. Please note that this does not include any additional costs that may be required by your country for import duties, customs, or local sales taxes.

OGY reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.

All orders placed on ogycollection.com are shipped from the Netherlands. We aim to deliver all orders to a Parcel Point within 24 hours, though this may vary due to the volume of orders. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking code (if applicable to your country) via email.

OGY cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed due to situations beyond our control, such as customs delays, strikes, terrorist threats, weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, epidemics/pandemics, or telecommunications outages.

For countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be required for import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

The final amount of your order is exclusive of any additional costs required for customs clearance.

If you refuse to pay these additional costs, your order will be returned to OGY. Apart from the shipping and handling costs, we will refund the amount of your order.

By law, OGY is required to state the correct payment price for orders shipped internationally. Any request to alter this will be denied.

Approval and Conditions for Return

Your return must be approved for your refund to be processed. To do so, send the product(s) back undamaged, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached within 14 days. Once we have registered your return, we strive to refund the amount within 14 days to your bank account.

Refund Processing Times

• Debit and Credit Cards: 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri). The refund will be transferred to the card used for payment.
• PayPal: 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri). The refund will be transferred to the same PayPal account used for payment.

Environmental Consciousness and Size Advice

We strive to be as environmentally conscious as possible and aim to minimize returns. To avoid the need for a return due to size issues, please ask us for advice on the right size before making your purchase. We are very happy to assist you.

Return Period

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days after your package has arrived. Please note that returns are at your own cost.

Refund Details

When we’ve processed your return, we will refund the total amount. However, if you return your entire order, we must deduct the original delivery cost from the total refund amount.

Return Conditions

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you attempt to return an item after this period, we may send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Proof of Postage

We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Original Condition

It’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t wear it. If an item is returned to us in a damaged, worn, or unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to issue a refund. We may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected upon return. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags.

Fair Use

If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity that doesn’t seem right, e.g., we suspect someone is wearing purchases and then returning them or ordering and returning large quantities, we may take action. In this case, we may refuse or cancel an order.

OGY owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its website and content. These rights are protected. All such rights are reserved.

You are allowed to store, print, and display our website content only for your personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the website for commercial purposes without our express permission.

You are also not allowed to use the OGY logo (or any similar marks) without our express permission.

It is fine to link to ogycollection.com, as long as you do so in a fair, legal manner and do not damage our reputation.

Have we approached you via social media to promote content from your profile on our site or social media platforms? Congratulations! That means we really like what you post!

By giving us the opportunity to feature your content on our social media channels and by responding with the required hashtag (such as #OGY #ogycollection), you agree that:

• We can use your handle and the content (the “Content”) on ogycollection.com and/or on any of OGY’s social media platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest).
• We can edit, crop, adapt, enhance, or modify the Content (but OGY will not treat you in a derogatory manner).
• If you (or anyone in the content) ask us to remove the content, we will remove the content from the social media accounts that we control.

You understand that other users of these social media platforms can also share and use the content once posted. In particular, a user of these platforms can take a screenshot of and save an image of the content to their device, share the content on social media platforms, or websites featuring the content (and sharing capabilities). If you do not want to grant the permissions set out above, please do not give us consent to use the content.
