Placing an order
If you place an order via our webshop, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order. After that, we perform a standard authorization check to make sure there is enough money on the debit card.
We may run through some checks before shipping your order. These checks mean that we check, among other things, your specified address and payment information (which are linked to your order). We will further investigate all orders where fraud is suspected.
It may be possible that you can still cancel or adjust an order if we have not yet packed the order. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail so that we can see if we can cancel or adjust your order. We cannot guarantee this.
All orders are subject to recent stock and product prices. Don’t worry, if there’s something wrong with an order, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
Very occasionally we may have to refuse or cancel an order, even though your order has already been confirmed, because we think something is not quite right. If this happens to you, and you think we made a mistake, please let us know via email. Don’t feel offended, we are happy to talk to you and look for a solution together.
Prices and currency
The product prices on our website are shown including 21% (Dutch) VAT. Shipping rates are calculated per order. The exact shipping costs for each order vary per country where your order is delivered.
OGY reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
Shipping and delivery
All orders placed on ogycollection.com are shipped from the Netherlands. We try to deliver all orders to a Parcel Point within 24 hours. Sometimes this is not possible due to the high number of orders in one day. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a tracking code (if applicable to your country) via email.
OGY cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been delayed due to situations beyond our control such as:
Customs, strikes, terrorist attacks or threat thereof, weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, epidemics/pandemics, Covid-19, or outages of public or private telecommunications networks.
For countries outside the European Union, additional costs may have to be paid. As the recipient of the order, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by your country of residence. Payment of this is necessary to release your order at customs upon arrival.
The final amount of your order is therefore exclusive of any additional costs that must be paid before you can receive your order.
If you refuse to pay the additional cost for your order, your order will be returned to OGY. Apart from the shipping and handling costs, we will refund the amount of your order to your account.
By law, OGY is required to state the correct payment price for orders shipped internationally. Any request to make changes to this will be denied.

Returns and refunds
We get it, sometimes it just doesn’t work out for you and you want your money back.
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days after your package has arrived. There is a different return fee for each country we ship too.
When we’ve received your return, we will refund the total amount minus the shipping costs of the return by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
We strongly recommend you get proof of postage.
Of course, it’s fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don’t actually wear it. If an item is returned to us and the item is not in its original state because it’s damaged, has been worn or is in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. We may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging, including tags.
If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity that doesn’t sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them or ordering and returning loads, unfortunately we need to take action. In this case we may refuse or cancel an order.
At OGY, we love interacting with our customers through social media. It is true that we have no control over these social media platforms or how you have set up your profile. Therefore, always check how your privacy settings are set so that you understand and are comfortable with how your personal information is used on these platforms.
Intellectual property, software and content
OGY owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected. All such rights are reserved.
You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
You’re also not allowed to use the OGY logo (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.
Linking to this website
It is fine to link to ogycollection.com, as long as you do so in a fair, legal manner and do not damage our reputation.

Have we approached you via social media to promote content from your profile on our site or social media platforms? Congratulations! That means we really like what you post!
By giving you the opportunity to feature your content on our social media channels and by responding with the required hashtag (such as #OGY #ogycollection) you agree:
- We can use your handle and the content (the “Content”) on ogycollection.com and/or on any of OGY’s social media platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest).
- We can edit, crop, adapt, enhance or modify the Content (but OGY will not treat you in a derogatory manner).
If you (or anyone in the content) asks us to remove the content, we will remove the content from the social media accounts that we control.
